The latest edition of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (FENEX), are applicable to all activities, including the arbitration clause as filed by FENEX, at the district court’s registry in Amsterdam (Rotterdam, Breda and Arnhem). In addition, all our contracts relate exclusively to the storage of goods, under the latest edition of the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, including the arbitration clause as filed by FENEX, at the district court’s registry in Rotterdam.

For all agreements relating to national road transport, the latest version of the General Transport Conditions apply, as filed with the district court’s registry in Amsterdam (and Rotterdam) are applicable.

Belgium

All the transactions of Jordex Belgium are subject to the Belgian Freight Forwarding Standard Trading Conditions 2005. The text of those conditions has been published under nr 0090237 in the Annex au Moniteur Belge dated June 24th, 2005. And is available free of charge upon request.
