Jordex Shipping & Forwarding, Rotterdam - 1987
The Jordex office where it all began in 1987. Located in the largest port in Europe, we originally specialized in transport by sea freight. With CEO Ruud Maaskant behind the helm from 2007, a new course was set. A course that led to tapping into other markets and modalities. Borders were pushed and new collaborations arose, resulting in the Jordex Group.

Jordex Global, Abu Dhabi and Dubai - 2015
Eight years ago, Jordex brought decades of experience from the Netherlands to the Middle East. Under the leadership of former Jordex Shipping Outside Sales colleague Dennis Noordijk, the doors of Jordex Global FZ LLC were opened in Abu Dhabi. A region that, due to its favorable location and promising developments, has become indispensable as a logistics hub for international trade. A second office was opened in Dubai in early 2020.

Jordex Air Cargo, Amsterdam - 2019
Jordex Air Cargo (JAC) brought our Sales manager Jan Dits to a city where, as a true Rotterdammer, he never thought he would end up. With an office a stone's throw from Schiphol Airport, we are not only close to where we can conquer the world, but we are also physically represented there. Fast, reliable and accurate is not only appropriate for the air cargo modality, but also for the team at JAC. Last year it was the big newcomer in IATA Top 100.

Jordex Projects & Chartering, Rotterdam - 2020
Business partners Gerben Langstraat and Rory Lems, who previously achieved success as colleagues, took up the challenge together and started Jordex Projects & Chartering (JPC) in the summer of 2020.The work field within project logistics is one that can be called challenging. Each project is unique. That deserves customization and knowledge, and let that be exactly what the men of JPC are good at. Since 2022, JPC also has its own heavylift terminal on the Maas; Novadock.

Jordex Customs & Compliance, Rotterdam - 2022
Early last year, we made the move to our own independent customs office. Jordex Customs & Compliance (JCC) is an extension to the Jordex service package that handles all customs matters. Led by Dennis den Rooijen, JCC ended the first year with over 25,000 declarations. Unique for a customs office, JCC has a 24/7 on-call service.
