Dubai to Abu Dhabi in 15 minutes
The ‘Build Earth Live’ competition will be held this September in Dubai. Experts from all over the world will exhibit a diversity of Hyperloop transportation models, which is a transportation systems where a capsule floats through a pipe.
The focus during this event will lay on the design of a new Hyperloop transportation project with a maximum speed of 1.200 kilometres per hour. To reach this low pressure pipes will be used.
The Hyperloop technology will be developed the next coming decennia. It is a realistic plan to use this in the future for public transportation and goods transportation between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This would change the daily life structures drastically and remove the pressure on highways.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum wants the United Arab Emirates to be a worldwide platform for creative minds and innovative spirits for the design of futuristic solutions.
